COACH LOU

Louis "Coach Lou" Jones is an ISSA Master Trainer, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, and Certified VertiMax Trainer. A former University of Washington athlete, Coach Lou earned a National Championship and three consecutive Rose Bowl appearances. He brings that same competitive standard to Vertical Edge, where every program is built around one goal: getting you to perform at game speed.
